Hashtag’s van is a flea-market-on-wheels owned and operated by Hashtag and backed by 4C. Hashtag carries a variety of goods, selling everything from suits and wedding dresses to crayons, mayonnaise packets and stolen found cameras. Although Hashtag has accepted barters from time to time, he generally deals in the more valuable currency of arc pellets, which he then provides to his boss, 4C.
